1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Carnival EV ("we", "us") through our eBay store at ebay.com/usr/carnivalev1. Where purchases are made through eBay, eBay's user agreement and buyer protection policies also apply.
2. Products and specifications
Product descriptions, specifications and compatibility information are provided on each listing. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that a product (for example, a charging cable's power rating and connector type) is suitable for their vehicle and electrical installation. If in doubt, contact us before ordering — we are happy to advise.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown on the product listing, including applicable taxes where indicated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered on eBay.
4. Delivery
We ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery times are estimates as detailed on our Shipping page and on each listing. Risk passes to the consumer upon delivery of the goods.
5. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, including how to exercise this right, are on our Returns & right of withdrawal page.
6. Warranty and legal guarantee
Products are covered by our commercial warranty as described on the Warranty page, in addition to the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable in the consumer's country of residence.
7. Safe use of products
EV charging equipment must be used in accordance with the supplied instructions and connected only to suitable, properly installed electrical infrastructure. Installation of fixed charging equipment (wallboxes) must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the buyer's country of residence remain unaffected.
