Where we ship
We ship worldwide, with a focus on Europe, the United Kingdom and Israel. All orders include a tracking number, sent to you as soon as your package is dispatched.
Delivery times
- Western & Central Europe: typically 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: typically 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: typically 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services. The exact estimated delivery date for your country is shown on each product listing in our eBay store.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed clearly on every product listing before you complete your purchase. Many of our listings include free shipping to selected countries.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number by email or through eBay messages.
Customs & import duties
For deliveries within the EU, applicable VAT is handled according to the marketplace rules shown at checkout. For some destinations, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country's regulations if you are unsure.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at ron@rwfuture.com and we will resolve it quickly — with a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.
